JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and productivity of our sales team within the Medical Equipment Leasing industry. Your focus will be on driving sales effectiveness through the origination and implementation of sales and business strategy. Improving processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies that align with our business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Optimization:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance overall salesforce effectiveness, focusing on increasing revenue, market share, and customer retention.
Sales Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Implement sales KPIs and targets.
Training & Development:
- Identify skills gaps and training needs within the sales team. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
CRM Management:
- Oversee the use and optimization of Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Work closely with the sales and IT teams to implement improvements and ensure the CRM system supports the sales process effectively.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. Collaborate with product teams to ensure effective communication of product features and leasing terms to the sales team.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales activities, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationships:
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the medical equipment leasing sector. Provide guidance on customer retention and account management strategies.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA would be advantageous.
Experience:
- Experience in the medical equipment leasing industry or healthcare-related sales is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales performance tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
