Responsibilities:
- Ordering Supplies - Ensuring that the organization has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand. This involves understanding usage patterns and ordering the right amount of stock.
- Tracking Deliveries - Monitoring the status of deliveries to ensure that supplies arrive on time and in good condition.
- Processing Orders - Handling the administrative tasks related to processing orders, including data entry and updating inventory systems.
- Writing Supply Reports - Creating reports that provide insights into supply chain performance, such as stock levels, delivery times, and order accuracy.
- Managing Inventory - Keeping track of stock levels in the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately recorded and managed.
- Supplier Coordination - Communicating with suppliers to manage orders, resolve issues, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Supporting Supply Chain Team - Providing administrative support to the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
- Compliance and Documentation - Ensuring that all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate documentation.
