Key Responsibilities: - Manage the FMs diary, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and ensure follow-up.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
- Assist with payroll, expense reports, and insurance claims.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements: - Qualifications : Grade 12 (required), Diploma in Office/Business Admin (advantageous).
- Experience : 3-5 years in admin support; 2-3 years assisting FM or similar role; proven experience with international travel arrangements.
- Skills : Proficient in MS Office, Pastel (preferred), excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.
Competencies: - Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
