Parts Storeman to join their team and help ensure our workshop runs smoothly, in
Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and manage inventory of automotive parts and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and orders, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Assist technicians in identifying and locating parts as needed for repairs.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to place orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a parts storeman or inventory management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
