As the Country Manager in Angola, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys strategic vision and operational excellence within the country. This role involves overseeing the development, sales, operations, and finance functions to ensure balanced and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Development: Forge and manage relationships with commercial landlord partners, identify new opportunities, and oversee asset management and capital expenditure.
- Advertising Sales: Drive sales performance, manage key advertising clients, and optimize sales networks and revenue growth.
- Operations: Ensure high-quality operational performance, manage maintenance and quality standards, and review and approve operational expenditure.
- Finance: Oversee country P&L, manage budgets, and ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- People Management: Lead and develop the local team, foster a positive work environment, and implement effective HR policies.
Minimum Requirements: - At least 5 years of commercial and managerial experience, including 2 years of P&L responsibility.
- Proficiency in both local languages and English, with strong communication skills.
- A university Degree and previous experience in Africa is advantageous.
- Must be a local citizen.
