Job Description:
Follow-up local and global market changes and competitors' behavior in the local market and plan campaigns. Follow-up day-to-day sales operations. Maintain the company’s market share and grow it. Analyze commercial activities and improve them. Develop the commercial team and guide them to improve performance. Build relationships with related stakeholders. Protect the company’s rights and interests in all dealings. Enforce a strong internal control environment. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Facilitate successful smooth livestock export at optimal cost with utmost efficiency. Any other job-related function that might be required from time to time.
Tasks:
- Planning and executing commercial activities in parallel with the corporate strategy.
- Making deals with suppliers and opening new supply channels.
- Meeting with key clients and closing deals with them.
- Opening new sales channels locally.
- Attending important and related international and local exhibitions.
- Creating and developing new sales methods.
- Facilitating the preparation of the annual budget for the company and ensuring achievement.
- Any other job-related tasks that might be required from time to time.
Person Description:
Degree in business studies with at least 5 years of working experience in retail (preferably meat) and international trading. English is core, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent leadership characteristics with a strategic and innovative mindset.
Personality: Must possess high moral ethics, honesty, and self-confidence.
