Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with estate agents and potential clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using CRM systems or other sales tracking software
- Goal-oriented and motivated to meet or exceed targets
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients to set up meetings with estate agents
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and estate agents, ensuring smooth communication
- Provide information to potential clients regarding the estate agent's services and offerings
- Work closely with the estate agents to understand their requirements and align meeting setups accordingly
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for the number of meetings set
- Report on daily and weekly sales activities, progress, and lead status
- Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions to better inform potential clients
