Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, Game or Hotel Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or in Hospitality Management
- Computer literacy
- Excellent people skills and staff management
- Housekeeping and maintenance management experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Pro-active and results-driven
- Valid driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance coordination with suppliers
- Monthly budget planning and liaison with senior management
- Human Resources management, including staff supervision and development
- General administration and office management
- Task planning, delegation, and follow-up
- Meter readings and utility management
- Stock control and inventory management
- Construction experience and project management
- Overseeing the hospitality manager and guest accommodation
