Job Title: Manager

As a Manager with the company, you will assume a leadership role in a high-performance business with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the financial performance, growth, and operational quality of your branch.

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and address all critical training and development needs to mobilize staff to perform their functions effectively.
Plan, implement, and manage projects to meet the agreed timelines while adhering to the planned cost budgets.
Ensure effective and optimum utilization of all resources, inclusive of human resources.
Effective management of business development function: Identify new business opportunities, monitor and assess the market environment in terms of competitors and current customers.
Maintain safety standards and always comply with the company’s safety instructions and requirements.
Meet with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues.
Facilitate the motivation, loyalty, and goal-directed activities of all employees and identify possible areas for improvement.
Ensure that the work done is in accordance with the company’s standards.
Ensure operation and financial targets are met.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

N2 Trade related subjects, or 5 years as qualified Artisan
Minimum of 5 years workshop Manager experience
Key account management experience
Understanding of mining machinery and Motor Engineering
Good computer skills required – Autoplan and Microsoft
Vast knowledge of electrical and motor engineering
Must be able to manage a team effectively.
Lives in Pretoria

Package & Remuneration

R40 000 - R45 000 + Travel allowance + Telephone allowance + Petrol card to be discussed on appointment.
