Accounts Administrator Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business comprising of 4 brands. You will be working in a small team, reporting into the Finance Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of a group company accounting department.
Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:
Processing invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Bank payments and reconciliations
Managing customer and supplier ledgers
Credit control and credit limit management
Processing credit cards and expenses
Other tasks and project work as required
Accounts Administrator Experience Required
Experienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication and time management skills.
Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiative
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
High level of attention to detail
Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
Superb communication and customer service skills with a helpful manner
IT literacy: good/advanced excel skills, SAP (B1) experience is preferred, but not required
