Head Chef - Requirements - Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef
- Branded experience is a must - Pubs or Restaurants
- Able to develop and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Planning and organising skills
- Excellent attention to detail and standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
- Excellent commercial skills
Head Chef - Responsibilities - Motivating, coaching and developing the team
- Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
- Ensuring high food quality is maintained
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
