Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies : Create and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at attracting investors, driving property sales, and increasing guest bookings.
Project Leadership : Oversee marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Investor Engagement : Design campaigns to engage high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Property Development Marketing : Lead targeted marketing efforts specifically tailored to property development initiatives.
Creative Leadership : Develop high-quality marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
Social Media Oversight : Manage social media strategies to ensure brand alignment and effective engagement.
Team Leadership : Proactively guide and manage marketing teams to achieve project objectives.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Experience : 5-7 years in marketing, with significant experience in property development, real estate, or hospitality.
Skills :

- Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams.
- Creative vision for developing engaging marketing materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
