Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm, Friday 9am – 1pm

Our client based in East London is looking for a property manager to join their successful team. Overseeing the day-to-day management of mainly residential with some commercial units. You will be responsible for tenant communications, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations, complaint management, and rent arrears. The right candidate will have over 2 years' experience within a busy, fast-paced property management role, be forward-thinking, and exceptionally organized.

Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to enquiries
Build and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliers
Referencing and other administration of tenant procedures
Producing and updating tenancy agreements
Prioritize daily workload and work to deadlines
Apply outside-the-square approaches to daily problem-solving

Requirements:

Accuracy and attention to detail

Relationship management with key stakeholders
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
