Are you someone who can:
Advise on and provide guidance and support to stakeholders in relation to the execution of the practice relevant legislation, frameworks, policies, processes, and tools. Provide guidance and advisory services and consult with business stakeholders to recommend controls and processes to ensure legislative compliance and informed decision making. Skilfully and effectively coordinate efforts to ensure readiness for emerging legislation. Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes. Schedule and manage governance meetings, coordinating and consolidating meeting packs, and taking minutes. Co-ordinate and review reports. Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the implementation of regulatory requirements, internal governance documents, industry standards, and codes. Drive the proactive management of non-compliance issues. Coordinate the market conduct programme. Create efficiencies in risk assessments, issue management, reporting, and governance meetings.
You will be an ideal candidate if you: (Qualification,Years of experience & technical skills)
BCom, LLB or bachelor’s degree Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance, Risk Management, or related field will be advantageous. Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a Risk Management, Compliance or similar environment. Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy. Can work independently and as part of a team. Proactively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Have a high level of integrity and ethical standards. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. Proficient in using compliance management systems and tools.
