Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification will be beneficial but not essential 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role Computer literate Strong administrative skills Excellent communication skills Strong personality Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Responsibilities (Not limited to): General Personal Assistant Duties Updating and organising files Using discretion when answering calls Booking boardrooms Efficiently manage diary, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and adjusting the schedule as needed Preparing and completing documents, ensuring accuracy and timelines Scheduling/attending meetings, providing necessary assistance and acting as a liaison as required Update all administration spreadsheets accordingly (Google Docs / Google Sheets) Copying, scanning and filing of documents Serving as the primary point of contact, handling communications and inquiries with discretion and professionalism. Overseeing the management of company policies and conducting asset tracking to ensure accurate records and compliance. Prepared and distributed agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate documentation Coordinated vehicle maintenance bookings, managed license renewals when needed Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
