Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Meeting with clients, identifying and managing their needs, expectations and requirements.
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple projects from early concept through design development, approval, implementation and completion.
- Manage the procurement of material finishes and specifications.
- Prepare and manage budgets and timelines.
- Track project costs.
- Manage and ensure a detailed project schedule and work plan is prepared and adhered to per project.
- Monitor each projects performance to continually identify areas for improvement Applying the attain knowledge to ensure economies and efficiencies are realised for future projects of similar brief and complexity.
- Manage and ensure all drawings and documents are prepared and issued for council approval.
- High levels of planning, creativity, imagination and vision.
- Willing to travel frequently locally and internationally.
Qualifications
- BSc Interior Architecture and (BSc Hons preferred subject to experience)
- Matric
Skills
- At least 6 to 8 years postgraduate experience.
- Advance competence in computer-aided design (AutoCAD) & (Revit) software essential.
- 3D Modelling and Rendering
- Microsoft Office
