We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the recruitment of interns/learners for a training company.
Requirements:
- Person needs to have experience in a Recruitment Role - they need to have at least two years' experience managing their desk and ensuring projects are completed within relevant timelines. In-house recruiting would be advantageous.
- The successful candidate needs to be able to read people well, and a Psychology background would be advantageous.
- The Recruitment Manager needs to be self-motivated, able to work independently, and must pay attention to detail.
- Potential applicants need to ensure they can adhere to deadlines, work well under pressure, and are organized.
- Candidate needs to be well spoken and comfortable speaking to Corporate clients of varying levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R30000,00 per month
