We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Client Services to join our client's team.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide operational support and guidance to your team, ensuring compliance with internal processes and client SLA requirements.
- Monitor and manage various aspects of client services, including ADMs, PIRs, accounting queries, and refunds.
- Conduct daily briefs, debriefs, and quarterly performance appraisals to facilitate the achievement of team targets.
- Support your team in problem-solving, training, and succession planning while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of Client Services and HR Department to coordinate disciplinary processes and support change management initiatives.
Requirements: - Education: Grade 12 with a minimum of 6 years of experience in client services.
- Technical Certification: Competency at an Intermediate Gold level in the Wings Consultant Technical Evaluation and Advanced Level in English Business Writing.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a consultancy role, with previous experience in a junior management role being advantageous.
