The Facilities Services Coordinator is responsible for oversight and coordination of the day-to-day operations of facility services. This includes the coordination of the Facilities Service Desk, vendor relationships, reporting on Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and supporting the overall efficiency.

Requirements: - Relevant degree/NQF Level 6
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in contract management/service level agreements
