The successful candidate will be responsible to service Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas by providing IT support assisting with hardware and software issues. The role is to provide on-site or remote troubleshooting assistance including the setting of hardware systems, installing and upgrading software and troubleshooting IT issues.
Must have qualification:
- Grade 12
- IT Diploma / Degree preferably
- IT Systems (NQF 5) certificate
- Minimum of 2-7 years' experience in IT software and hardware support
- Driver's License and Own Car (Pre-requisite)
Technical / Legal Certification:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTia N+
- COMPTIA S+ (advantageous)
- Relevant OEM certification (HP, Dell, Lenovo)
- Cisco Essential
- MSCE (advantageous)
