Key Responsibilities: Stock Level Monitoring & Forecasting: Accurately monitor and forecast stock levels to ensure optimal inventory, avoiding overstocking or stock shortages. Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Inventory Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify stock levels, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Dispatch & Courier Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with couriers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies, ensuring all procurement activities are properly documented and tracked. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Education: Post-Matric qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
