The Facilities Services Coordinator is responsible for oversight and coordination of the day-to-day operations of facility services. This includes the coordination of the Facilities Service Desk, vendor relationships, reporting on Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and supporting the overall efficiency. Responsibilities: Customer Service Management Vendor Management Safety and Compliance Budget Management Reporting Requirements: Relevant degree/NQF Level 6 Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in contract management/service level agreements
