Information Technology
Job Purpose
To manage the Administration of Technology Vendors, including monthly performance reporting.
Enabling the business by satisfying end-Users IT and telephony needs
Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Operational Management of Specific Service Lines
▪ Operational management of Mobile Telephony
▪ Operational management of Fixed Line Telephony
▪ Administration and management of fixed assets
Support Services
▪ Prepare Vendor SLA performance reporting
▪ Identifying underperformance and escalating appropriately
Vendor Management
▪ Administration of quotes and purchase orders
▪ Administration of day to day vendor queries
▪ Ensuring vendor change activities are appropriately managed and communicated
Financial Management
▪ Assist in financial planning and forecasting
▪ Follow financial management best practice and protocol
Reporting and Documentation
▪ Monthly & Weekly SLA reporting
▪ Monthly IT vendor reporting
▪ Internal telephony reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
▪ Matric
▪ IT Diploma and/or Degree required
▪ 5 years IT experience essential
▪ FMCG experience beneficial
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office
