Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries. The agent will also enhance the customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assisting customers with any account issues on all digital and telephonic query platforms
• Uploading and checking of customer FICA documents
• Opening new accounts
• Responding to digital platform queries
• Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
• Assisting clients with all or any online deposits and withdrawals
• Live up to Betfred SA’s professional standard
Experience and Skills
• Matric / National Senior Certificate
• Must have previous Call centre experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Computer Proficiency
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi task
• Must be willing to work nights and after hours
• Must have own means of transport as transport will not be provided by the company
• Must live within 20 kms of the office
