Please note this is not an entry level / internship role. The right person MUST have at least 2 years of experience in administrating Trusts. We require an experienced Trust Administrator that has a good work ethic, is dedicated and ideally has experience working with private clients, HNW or UHNW individuals. With a passion for Trusts.
Requirements
- Administer and manage Intervivos Trusts for private clients
- Handle day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain and update trust documentation and records
- Develop and nurture strong interpersonal relationships with clients
- Utilise Word and Excel proficiently for documentation and reporting
- Must have experience as a Trust Administrator
- Must have experience in Inter Vivos Discretionary Trusts
- Must have experience with Private Clients – HNWI and ideally UHNWI and UUHNWI
- Small private company

- Must be able to handle pressure and dealing with HNWI and UHNWI’s temperament.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage client portfolios
- Law degree/legal qualifications helps
- Personalities – initiative and pro-active
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans
