Educational Requirements:
* Grade 12
* Technical diploma or equivalent and sales and marketing qualification will be beneficial
* Must be computer literate
* Must have a valid drivers license
Work Experience:
* 2-4 years' experience in a technical service or sales position in the chemical cleaning industry
* Knowledge and experience of technical systems, equipment, food processing and poultry plants for the chemical industry will be beneficial.
Duties would be but not limited to:
* Achieving sales budget by presenting and selling company products and services to preidentified customers
* Develop, maintain and expand current customer base through building a harmonious and service orientated relationship with clients
* Conducting titration tests as and when required as per service level agreements
* Plot the results on a trend and communication with customers
* Oversee and facilitate product delivery and equipment installation
* Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
* Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products
* Implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures
* Preparing monthly reports and monthly meetings with management outside of normal meetings
