MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all office and specified general administrative duties are executed and that the office functions effectively.

- Office Management and Administration
- Office Maintenance
- Office access, safety and security
- PA support to the SLT (Senior Leadership Team)
- Travel arrangement
- Event management
- Company Pool Car Management
- Company Cell Phone Contracts Account Management
- Other specified general administrative duties
FORMAL QUALIFICATION:
- Matriculation
- Office administration qualification
JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE:
- Valid driving license
- Office systems
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
