Purpose Of The Role:
Provide support to Regional EPC Managers/Project management to anticipate and adequately address client requirements related to QA/QC in the EPC PV plant project Limpopo.
Education And Technical Skills:
- Degree in engineering.
- Proven experience with other Photovoltaic plants.
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Project.
- English proficiency (mandatory).
- Knowledge of quality in projects.
Soft Skills: - Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.

Job Description: - Elaborate on Quality Management Plan and ITP’s procedures and checklists used to inspect the quality of the work executed to ensure meeting client requirements.
- Experience in compiling full Data packs for PV Plant handover.
- Coordinate a team of inspectors.
- Perform quality visits to ensure the proper management of quality records such as inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates, etc., in compliance with standards and client’s requirements.
- Ability to follow and track several projects regarding Quality management implementation status and plan resources needed to accomplish the milestones.
- Advise on trend targets for non-conformities management and monitor compliance with quality procedures.
- Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Protocols when carrying out activities defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan.
- Guarantee the adequate establishment of internal document control and with the client.
- Provide training for the project team regarding quality in projects.
- Anticipate the quality management plans framework and client requirements of the project according to schedule.
- Promote REX (Return on Experience) methodology.
