Job Title: Duty Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client's eco-lodge in Limpopo, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and maximizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lodge's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as the lodge's quality standards.
- Collaborate with the owners to achieve business objectives and growth.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the self-catering, safari lodge, or hotel industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets, finances, and staff.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
