Key Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to guest booking enquiries via digital platforms, ensuring response times under 3 minutes.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure apartments are clean and ready for guest check-in.
- Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Promptly initiate guest review processes within 24 hours of check-out.
- Analyse guest behaviour to ensure the safety and reputation of the brand.
- Manage utilities such as electricity, DSTV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi to ensure smooth operation for guests.
- Handle stock ordering and report any maintenance or plumbing issues.
Social Media Support (Secondary Duties): - After successful probation, assist in increasing bookings via social media and digital marketing.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and drive campaigns to increase bookings.
- Analyse social media engagement to better understand and target potential guests.
- Resolve client issues through social media and engage with the audience.
- Optimise strategies to increase digital presence and traffic.
- Participate in WhatsApp groups to convert leads into bookings and grow social media followership.
