A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 4.00pm and paying 30,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring products and services are delivered on time and in full.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Customer Order Management
- Scheduling Management
- Supply Chain
- Reporting
- Estimation
- Inventory Management
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Operations Coordinator position:
- Coordination and administration of resource planning
- Experience in a manufacturing and production operations environment
- Understanding of utilising Quality Management System
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
