About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Services Manager to join a dynamic team in Edmonton, London. This is a fantastic role for a passionate individual to lead and manage the Soft Services team on-site, with occasional support for other Southern locations as required.
Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the Soft Services team.
- Manage timekeeping, payroll, and staff absences using SAP.
- Allocate tasks, ensuring all staff maintain professionalism and follow site rules.
- Ensure proper use of hygiene materials and monitor machinery safety.
- Conduct weekly equipment checks and promptly report defects.
- Maintain work standards with KPI checklists and up-to-date documentation.
- Oversee safety protocols and manage work orders to meet KPIs.
Skills and experience: - Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and office experience.
