What Does the Role Entail?
Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Chef working 50-hour weeks. You'll be pivotal in the driving force of the restaurant team, ensuring operational excellence in the Client's renowned site. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards and contributing to the world of fine dining with a dedicated approach to the fine dining of the site. The client's Hotel restaurant is AA rosette thus the role demands creativity, precision, and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What skills will you have?
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role as a Chef, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific demands. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of a high-volume operation. Your proven expertise in the culinary world, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skillset will be key to your success. A creative and innovative mindset and exceptional communication skills are qualities the client values in the ideal candidate.
