About the Role
As a Category Process Expert, you will work within our Category Management team who are responsible for developing and launching new products to the market, managing product lifecycle and for setting overarching marketing and pricing strategies for our products, services, and solutions.
With the help of the team, you will support with process improvements, promote best practice, and drive efficiency through automation and standardisation of key Category activities. Youll provide subject matter expertise on all things Category process, systems, and tools.
Alongside coaching and guidance, we will also provide full training and support on our systems/processes.The position is ideal for anyone with an interest in developing their career in product / project management in the future.

Duties are varied and include:
- Ensuring product data is accurate and up to date across all company databases
- Rolling out system updates and improvements
- Managing information sharing touchpoints such as dedicated inboxes
- Process definition, monitoring and continuous improvements
- Supporting the Product Managers with the creation of key documentation
- Managing department purchase orders, invoice queries and patent records
- Supporting the Category Process Manager in driving key strategic projects
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00amto 5.00pm
About You
Youll be an advocate for continuous process improvement, youll be well organised and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders including senior members of our organisation and have a genuine interest in supporting and driving change.
You will also have:
