Organise meetings and workshops| Microsoft Office| Customer Service| Excellent communicator| £14phr holiday Your new company MyClient is a public sector body that acts as an independent regulator withinHealthcare services Your new role To provide admin support to the team assisting in their day-to-day work. - Accurately enter data and intelligence into spreadsheets and reporting systems. - To field internal and external enquiries by telephone and email. - To plan and prepare for virtual and in-person meetings and workshops, setting up meetings using virtual platforms (Zoom and Teams) - Internal and external communications - Setting up surveys, collating response data and sharing results. - Maintenance of documents What you'll need to succeed - Excellent IT skills and experience - Ability to follow process and procedures - Strong organisational skills - Excellent customer service - Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information - Knowledge of CRM database What you'll get in return - Hybrid - once per week/fortnight on site in central Manchester - 35 hours per week - Weekly pay - Holiday pay (initially 28 days, rising to 38 days after 12 weeks.
