Your new role The core duty of the Safeguarding Administrator is to work alongside the safeguarding team to act as a point of contact for people to report any safeguarding issues to, whilst demonstrating the ability to relate to people across the whole social spectrum, putting them at ease. Other duties will consist of: Proving administrative support to the Safeguarding team to develop and maintain systems, including gathering and tracking data. Organising advertisements, event booking, training and producing certificates Maintain a list of deadlines and monitor actions arising from the Safeguarding strategy Handling enquiries via email and telephone What you'll need to succeed In this role, you will need to have a clearly demonstrated, friendly way of communication. Having empathy and being understanding regardless of the situation is the core of this role and the organisation's values. Being a Safeguarding Administrator will require you to have a clear understanding of all Microsoft software and a great attention to detail to manage the work load.
