Part-Time Office Manager, Fulham, 22.5 hours a week, up to £38,000 per annum FTE, Hybrid Working Your new role In your new role as Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to support all company departments. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours a week. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 14:00. Your key responsibilities will include: Sourcing and booking locations for events. Liaising with external suppliers to support operations. Managing travel arrangements for staff. Upkeep and ordering of office stock. Assisting with Customer Service enquiries. Ensuring staff undertake relevant Health and Safety training. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need the following: Previous experience working in an Office Manager role. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask. Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
