Job Opportunity for FM Service Delivery Manager at York Job role: FM Service Delivery Manager Job location: York Job salary : £54k Benefits The knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the position are: Experienced in building services maintenance (Apprenticeship or equivalent) Hold, or attain, an appropriate FM/Engineering qualification A Health & Safety qualification – IOSH/NEBOSH Member of relevant industry body (IWFM, CMI, Tech/CMIOSH) Working knowledge of H&S legislation and management in the application of FM Services Experience of in-house and outsourced estates management service delivery, ensuring compliance. Experience within a dispersed, multi-functional, demanding and people focused environment. Experience of managing complex FM contracts Understanding company vision and strategic direction. Ability to communicate at all levels both verbal and written, also note taking. Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated. Team worker and flexibility within the contracted hours. Computer literate Strong team player and a ‘can do' attitude. Intuitive and proactive nature.
