Project Planner For MOD Site Job Title: Construction Project Planner Location: Tewkesbury Job Description: As a Construction Project Planner, you will be contributing towards and co-ordinating the production of fully integrated programmes, phase sequence plans and method statements from bid stage through to final commissioning, handover and occupation stage.Whilst developing and maintaining a suite of associated project controls, and the monitoring and reporting against such control documents. All of this will be in line with bid and project requirements, including MEP service installations and commissioning. Your role will involve: Creating detailed project plans: Develop comprehensive project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitoring project progress: Track project performance, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Collaborating with teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Resource management: Allocate resources effectively to optimise project efficiency and productivity. Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and present them to senior management and clients. Qualifications: HNC/Degree qualification in a construction related subject or trade qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Planner or similar role. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
