We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for (specific products/services). Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or on-site visits. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability. Conduct training sessions for customers and staff on product usage and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and customer feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology. Report writing Dealing with clients Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Millwright Proven experience in a technical support or service role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
