Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration: Manage and optimize SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform environments to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization. Power Apps Development: Optimize apps for performance, accessibility, and user experience across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile). Migrations and Change Management: Lead migrations for SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user adoption with minimal disruption. Security and Compliance: Oversee platform security settings, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365. Focus on data governance. Oversee the integration of Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) with our collaboration tools to provide a unified and secure user experience. Advanced PowerApps and Power Automate Solutions: Utilize your expertise to build complex workflows and custom applications that meet diverse business needs. Microsoft Teams, Purview, and Power BI Management: Manage and optimize these platforms to enhance collaboration and data analysis, aligning them with organizational goals. SharePoint Development (SPFx): Use SharePoint Framework to develop custom solutions that improve business workflows and platform functionality will be a bonus. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions using Microsoft 365 tools. User Support and Training: Provide comprehensive user support, including training sessions and detailed documentation, to help staff effectively use new tools and workflows. Automation with PowerShell: Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks across SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform, improving efficiency and consistency. Microsoft Graph API Utilization: Employ Microsoft Graph API to extend and integrate Microsoft 365 services, enabling seamless custom workflows and application development. Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI. Coordinate with Microsoft Support when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Requirements Matric coupled with relevant tertiary qualification / certifications Proven background in administering SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). Security & Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of managing security settings within Microsoft 365. Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and its integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Tenant Management Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 tenant management, user licensing, service health monitoring, and feature rollouts. Power Platform Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerApps and Power Automate for building complex workflows and custom applications. Microsoft Teams, Purview, and Power BI: Experience managing and optimizing these platforms to enhance organizational collaboration and data analysis. SharePoint Development Skills: Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development is a plus. PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and improving efficiency.
