Co-ordinator (Tenancy Management Team)
£24,908.57 per annum (37 hours)
Based at Harbour House, Preston
As a Tenancy Management Team Coordinator, you'll be providing essential support to colleagues, customers, and partner agencies by ensuring that the Team deals with any reports of Anti-Social Behaviour effectively. As part of our triage process, you will be signposting tenants to other agencies for expert help and you'll create and maintain working relationships with local authorities such as the Police and Lancashire Fire and Rescue. You'll also assist the team by collating the relevant data to ensure that we are performing to a high standard.
What we are looking for:
- Using your amazing communication skills and customer service skills, you'll comfortably deal with individuals who are in crisis.
- You'll have a natural flair for problem solving and supporting colleagues in your team.
- You'll will need fully understand the importance of confidentiality
