This construction company is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team to provide administrative support to the office.
Your new role
Your new role is a temporary position where your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: dealing with incoming and outgoing posts, dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails and redirecting as required, general filing and providing administrative support to the rest of the department. Further to this, you will be required to input data onto the company system and ensure that the database is maintained and kept up to date. The role will also require you to actively manage appointments and venue bookings.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this role, you will need to have prior experience as an Administrator, along with excellent attention to detail. You must have great written and verbal communication skills and will require good organisation skills. To further your chances of receiving this role, you must have exceptional Excel and further Microsoft Office skills. You should have a good track record of problem-solving and professionally overcoming objections.
