Role: Technical PlannerLocation: Remote - GlasgowSector: Offshore WindWork Scope: WTG TechnologiesStart Date: ASAPDuration: Initial 6-Months + Likely ExtensionRates: £800 - £900 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via UmbrellaClearance: BPSS (DBS/Disclosure Scotland, Financial Probity, Employment History), Proof of National Insurance & Medical QuestionnaireDescription:Carbon60 are interested in speaking with experienced Technical Planner's to join our client's team on a contract basis directly supporting a large-scale Offshore Wind Farm in the UK.This position will require extensive experience in the Offshore Wind Sector, specifically in relation to Wind Turbine Technologies, while demonstrating high-level proficiency with Primavera P6.Requirements: Experience working within an electrical engineering environment on low voltage and high voltage plant/equipment such as, HV cables, 66kV switchgear, Systems within the WTG.Interfacing with Contractors and joint venture partner on applicable commissioning scopes offshore and OnshoreStrong knowledge of WTG components and the ability to plan activitiesAbility to thrive on coordinating commissioning activities and managing the associated tasks.
