We are looking for a driven Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing funnels for our B2B clients. This includes the development and execution of both inbound and outbound marketing strategies for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, be skilled in orchestrating cross-functional teams, and be passionate about driving growth for customers through lead generation strategies. Paid media, cold email, social ads, data analysis and persuasive copywriting are all parts of your war chest. You will work closely with internal teams (copywriter, designer, developer, and paid media manager) to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns using a mix of email marketing, paid media, landing pages, and CRM systems like SharpSpring, Salesforce, and Pardot.This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively across departments to plan, implement, and measure the success of B2B lead generation campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage B2B marketing funnels for our clients, focusing on lead generation and nurturing strategies.Lead the planning and implementation of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels: email marketing, paid media, landing pages (Leadpages, Unbounce), and social media.Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling messaging, content, and design assets for campaigns.Utilise marketing automation platforms (e.g., SharpSpring, Pardot, HubSpot) to build and optimise email campaigns, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and workflows.Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for effective lead tracking, data management, and reporting.Oversee the creation and optimisation of landing pages for lead capture and conversion, using tools like Leadpages and Unbounce.Coordinate campaign execution, tracking, and optimisation across various channels to ensure effective performance.Report campaign performance to clients, measuring against key KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.Provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance and align with client business objectives.Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with client goals and business outcomes.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or growth marketing.Expertise with landing page platforms like Leadpages and Unbounce.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, paid media, and social media.Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (SharpSpring, Pardot).Ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and timely campaigns.Strong analytical and reporting skills to track performance and optimise campaigns.Excellent communication and client management skills to articulate strategies, results, and improvements.Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and lead nurturing strategies is a plus.LocationWhilst this is a flexible hybrid role and you are welcome to work at home, this role is suited to someone who can attend customer meetings on-site in and around Glasgow.
