There will be a huge amount of autonomy and will essentially be shaping a new category for a well loved business. 3 days in the office vs homePosition: Brand Manager – Health and WellnessKey Responsibilities:Lead the strategy and budget management for the current brands in the portfolio.Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing approach to drive successful campaigns, including social media, PR, experiential marketing, influencer partnerships, and product marketing.Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager and Digital Marketing team to implement sales-driving activities (e.g., paid media, SEO, PPC, brand partnerships, and promotional planning).Design a direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy to boost engagement, including loyalty programs, email marketing, exclusive offers, and product range development.Innovate new wellness products based on market trends, launching into existing markets with a clear point of differentiation, while also considering new brands or licensing opportunities.Collaborate with other marketing team members and the Retail Director to create strategies for retail channels.Oversee Amazon strategy with eCommerce partners while ensuring a seamless direct-to-consumer website experience.Evaluate data needs to support Health and Wellness development initiatives.Report monthly on campaign effectiveness and sales metrics.Assist with sales forecasting and collaborate with the Marketing Director to shape the 3-year strategy for the health and wellness division.Key Qualifications:Passionate about innovation within the health and wellness sector.Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to create and implement brand strategies.Proven ability to use data and research to identify growth opportunities.Experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing is essential.Familiarity with health and wellness, preferably within food and beverage.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.Degree in business or marketing, or a CIM diploma is preferred.
