The Role:
- Preparation of Statutory Accounts & tax computations for all subsidiary companies and associated liaison with auditors
- In-depth review, analysis and reporting of the financial performance and metrics of the Group, including variance analysis and KPI analysis, to support strategic decision-making
- Involvement in a variety of ad hoc projects including assistance with potential acquisitions
- Where necessary, producing, implementing and updating Financial control policies and procedures
The candidate:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Experience of statutory reporting
- Strong understanding of current IFRS and FRS101 accounting standards, together with the ability to understand, resolve and discuss technical accounting issues
- Previous exposure to Corporation Tax
