*Finance Administrator Role*
*Salary: *
£23,000 - £27,000
*Objective:*
· To work alongside & provide administrative support to the Finance Manager
· To help with the administration around the business finances
· To assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, recording of financial data, credit control
· To potentially assist the business to switch from existing accounting software to Xero or similar
· To assist with some aspects of general administration across other areas of the business to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, to assist at any level required across the business

· *Bookkeeping*
· *Data collation – Able to pull together data from a number of source to show progress against targets in an understandable format*
· *Invoicing monitoring & drafting*

*Main Responsibilities:*
_Duties include, but are not limited to the following:_
· Helping the Finance Manager with the ongoing bookkeeping of the business
· Assisting with invoice management, and monitoring of projects against invoices to ensure all work that is invoiced for in a timely manner
· To draft and amend invoices, in readiness for Finance Manager sign off
· To manage & carry out the first review any finance queries that are raised, resolving where possible, escalating to Finance Manager only where necessary
· Processing expenses, and at times, also lending a hand in booking travel, etc for the Directors where required
· Helping the wider office as and when required
*Skills & experience:*
· Around 2-3 years’ experience in an admin role which involves some form of finance aspect
· Experience of using Xero or a similar system
· Outstanding attention to detail
· Strong Excel skills – although some training could be given to advance already intermediate Excel skills
· Must have a natural maths ability & numerical interest
· Intuitive & logical
· Exceptional organisation skills
· A natural problem solver
