We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and talentedLead Event Chefwith a can-do attitude to join us!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step away from restaurants and broaden their knowledge of catering whilst enjoying the benefits it can bring:

- Prep days at our headquarters mean earlier finishes 3 days a week
- Maximum 3 events per week

The ideal candidate will
- be confident in leading a small team, however experience in outside catering is ideal but not necessary
- hold a full clean drivers license
- have a passion for food!!
- have 2 yrs experience as Senior Chef/ Sous Chef or above
- be reliable, organised, punctual & honest
- be able to problem solve and adapt to situations as they evolve

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift on event days
- 8 hour shift on prep days 9.30-5.30pm
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stroud: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
