My client is on the hunt for a passionate and customer focused Membership Manager to join their energetic team in London. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a lively space, driving the creation of a positive and inspiring environment for the diverse and ever-evolving community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new members, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and implement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction
- Work with sales and marketing to attract new members and support campaigns promoting the space
- Oversee member accounts, track data, and generate reports on occupancy and trends.
You Will Be:
- A people person, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a co-working space or hospitality environment.
